TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE… It is important that the following information and conditions are read carefully to avoid delay or misunderstanding when booking. The equipment offered is subject to availability 0900 – 1800 Monday - Friday or pre-booked for other times and for hire on-site in the studio. Liability… Every effort is made to ensure that the equipment is supplied in working order. We will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever arising from any failure, use or misuse of the equipment nor in respect of any direct or indirect consequential loss arising therefrom. It is the responsibility of the hirer to make checks both for completeness and for correct functioning of studio equipment. Loss & Accidental Damage… Any equipment or items lost, stolen or damaged while in the hirer’s possession will be the entire responsibility of the hirer and be charged at the full replacement cost. Bookings… We reserve the right to withdraw first options in favour of clients who are able to confirm. Cancelled bookings will be charged at 50% of total hire fees unless cancelling within 48 hours prior to hire which will be charged at 100%. Vehicle parking is at owners risk. Peacock Yard Studio takes no responsibility of any loss, theft or damage to vehicles or contents. As studio lighting is provided gratis by the studio there is no discount to rates if equipment fails to work and it is hirers’ responsibility to check everything is in full working order prior to use. Please respect all floors and furniture when moving items, everything must be returned to its original state. Any damage, however slight, has to be paid for. VAT will be added to prices quoted.

Clients must ensure they have adequate public liability insurance covering any persons attending or visiting the studio.
